Blessings from SANDRALEE on our way to 2021
Just a note to say ‘Hello’ and wish you love, light and health as we come to the close of another year. My year has been spent tapping into the energies surrounding us at all times with an effort to add positivity and light.
I’m very excited about the energy shift we are noticing on our planet. It’s not like we will all of a sudden love one another and get along worldwide; ending poverty, pollution, war, inequality or a worldwide pandemic. But with this shift the things that need change are rising to the surface for each of us to examine and determine where our responsibility lies. And yes, I find this exciting. Trying at times, but exciting. Nothing changes without intention.
So, a gift (and request) to you from me, is to spend a few quiet moments in the next week to do the short exercise below.
1) Focus your attention in the area of your heart
2) Imagine your breath is flowing in and out of your heart area
- a little deeper and a bit slower than normal (5 counts in; 5 counts out works well)
3) Bring in a renewing emotion of love, caring, compassion for something or someone near and dear to you.
4) Stay in this place of love and compassion while you listen to the music ( Anders Holte - Lumerian Homecoming) I have attached. Stay in your heart space. Don’t go to your mind/thoughts.
5) As you do this .. Allow the love and light you feel in your heart to fill you and take you to a place of coherence and peace. As you feel that peace, shower it down on yourself, those you love and around the planet.
6) When the recording ends, open your eyes, come back to where you started and smile.
